CAPPUCCINOS
Toffeeccino
½ oz. (1,50 cl.) 1883 Caramel Syrup
2 oz. (6 cl) Espresso
3oz. (9 cl.) Cold Milk
Shaved Chocolate for Garnish
- Pour the syrup and milk into steaming pitcher.
- Steam and foam milk-syrup mixture.
- Pour the espresso into a 8 oz. (24 cl.) cup.
- Add the steamed milk, top with the dense flavored foam.
- Garnish with the shaved chocolate.

Bananaccino
¼ oz. (0,75 cl.) 1883 Banana Syrup
¼ oz. (0,75 cl.) 1883 Vanilla Syrup
2 oz. (6 cl) Espresso
3oz. (9 cl.) Cold Milk
Cocoa Powder for Dusting
- Pour the syrups and milk into a steaming pitcher.
- Steam and foam milk-syrups mixture.
- Pour the espresso into a 8 oz. (24 cl.) cup.
- Add the steamed milk, top with the dense flavored foam.
- Garnish with the cocoa powder.


BLENDER & MILK SHAKE
Bloody Cool
Ice
½ oz. (1,50 cl.) 1883 Grenadine Syrup
½ oz. (1,50 cl.) 1883 Orange Syrup
4 oz. (12 cl.) Chilled Grapefruit Juice
2 oz. (6 cl.) Chilled Orange Juice
3oz. (9 cl.) Lemon-Lime Soda
1 Slice of Orange for Garnish
- Combine ingredients, except lemon-lime soda, in blender with ice.
- Pour into a 12oz. (36 cl.) glass.
- Fill with lemon lime soda.
- Stir well.
- Garnish with the slice of orange.

Lait Fraise
Ice
½ oz. (1,50 cl.) 1883 Strawberry Syrup
6 oz. (18 cl.) Cold Milk
2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Whipped Cream for Topping
1 Dash of Strawberry Syrup for Garnish
1 Strawberry
- Combine ingredients in a blender with ice.
- Pour into a 12oz. (36 cl.) glass.
- Top with the whipped cream.
- Garnish with a dash of strawberry syrup and a strawberry.


COCKTAILS
Vod Kiss
Ice
½ oz. (1,50 cl.) 1883 Cranberry Syrup
¼ oz. (0,75 cl.) 1883 Amaretto Syrup
1¼ oz. (3,75 cl.) Red Square Vodka
Tonic Water
Slice of Lemon and 1 Cherry for Garnish
- Fill 12oz. (36 cl.) tumbler glass with ice.
- Add ingredients.
- Fill with tonic water.
- Stir and garnish with the slice of lemon and a cherry.

Miss - Fizz
Ice
½ oz. (1,50 cl.) 1883 Lime Syrup
2 oz. (6 cl.) Chilled Orange Juice
1¼ oz. (3,75 cl.) Sovereign Gin
Tonic Water
1 Drop of 1883 Grenadine Syrup
1 Slice of Lemon and a Slice of Orange for Garnish
- Shake ingredients with ice (but not tonic water).
- Strain into a collins glass filled with ice.
- Fill with tonic water.
- Add a drop of grenadine syrup.
- Stir.
- Garnish with the slice of lemon and the slice of orange.

Canadian Bliss
Ice
¾ oz. (2,25 cl.) Villa Massa Limoncello
2 oz. (6 cl.) Canadian Gold Whisky
1 Twist of Lemon for Garnish
- Pour ingredients into a rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Lemon Tart
Ice
½ oz. (1,50 cl.) Villa Massa Limoncello
2 oz. (6 cl.) Flagship Vodka
1 Wedge of Lemon for Garnish
- Pour into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Massa Mojito
Ice
Fresh Mint Leaves
2 oz. (6 cl.) Villa Massa Limoncello
1 oz. (3 cl.) Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Superfine Sugar
- In a cocktail shaker, put 4 to 5 mint leaves and add 1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice and 1 Tbsp. superfine sugar. Mash vigorously.
- Add Villa Massa and fill with ice.
- Top with club soda (approximately 2 ½ - 3 oz.)
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Caipirinha
1 Lime
2 Teaspoons of sugar
4 squares of ice
50 cl. Cachaca
- Slice the lime into 8 pieces.
- Put the pieces in a cup with sugar and crush them with a wooden mallet until the lime juice and the oil from the lime rind mixes with the sugar.
- Add Cachaca on top of the limejuice, mix well, and serve with ice.
