UK last year and comprises classic varieties such
as Pinot Noir and Merlot, as well as some exciting
native grapes such as Fetcasca Negra.
Prahova Valley has perfect conditions for growing
premium grapes, with warm summer months, sheltered
slopes, an ideal soil structure and a climate similar
to Bordeaux. Therefore, the range offers superb
fruit-driven wines!
Prahova Valley wineries are in 2 main regions in
Romania; Murfatlar Region is on the sunny shores
of the Black Sea in Eastern Romania and Dealul Mare
Region is in the sub-Carpathian hills with the potential
to produce the best red grapes in Romania. |
