CANARIO Cachaca
Only fresh sugar-cane juice is used for producing
Canario Cachaça.The heart of the sugar cane is
carefully separated from the rest for the distillation
process and pressed very slowly to produce sugar-cane
juice within 24 hours. Canario Cachaça has its
characteristic fresh, pleasantly, mild, pure and
harmonious taste. Probably the most famous and
most popular cocktail made with Canario Cachaça
is Caipirinha, a blend of cachaça, crushed ice,
